1. Booking Confirmation
All catering bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the total agreed fee.
2. Deposit Policy
The 50% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. This secures your event date and covers initial preparation, administration, and loss of potential business.
3. Cancellations & Transfers
In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable, however it may be transferred to a new event date, subject to availability.
• Requests to transfer must be made in writing.
• The new event date must be within an agreed timeframe (e.g., 6–12 months, if you want to specify).
• Only one transfer may be permitted in 12 months
